Catering + events

Feed the party without making it feel generic.

Good events sell out.

Small menus, tight batches, clear pickup/service windows, and food that looks as good on video as it tastes in person.

The story

A Wisconsin BBQ brand with process, personality, and proof.

Food Star Collision Kitchen is built around bold smoked food, fresh sourdough, and repeatable small-batch process control. The brand is premium but approachable: craft BBQ without the boring parts.

01

BBQ-first: brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, poultry, steak features, jerky, and smoked seafood.

02

Sourdough edge: loaves, rolls, pretzels, croissants, cinnamon twist, and cheddar crackers.

03

Systems mindset: yields, logs, portioning, QR ordering, and customer follow-up built into the plan.
